 This is a wise and helpful book which encourages the reader to think more deeply about finding happiness and getting through stressful situations. Pamela Gail Johnson deals with Happiness Zappers, how to handle change and deal with bad times and experiences, and lists ways in which we can turn our thoughts about our experiences around. She writes about specific ways to help us feel happier, such as gratitude and forgiveness.

There are many, many books about happiness, but this one was useful. I am now thinking about finding out more about the Society of Happy People, which the author founded!
