The Legal Foundations of Religious Freedom: Human Rights in the United States and Europe John Witte Jr, Andrea Pin

This is a comprehensive look at the law of religious freedom on both sides of the Atlantic, including its history, case law and controversial issues. It includes sections on every aspect of the law of religious freedom, such as the law relating to the wearing of religious symbols and clothing and the law relating to employment. It also looks at new issues relating to religious freedom, for example, the rise of Islam and the differences between American and European law relating to this.

It’s quite dry but a useful academic book, and worth reading if you are interested in the subject.

I received this free ebook from Edelweiss.plus in return for an honest review.
