 This is a great book with lots of inspirational ideas, although they’re often vague, such as: ‘Draw courage.’ However, it’s fun, and certainly designed to get your creative juices flowing. The actual book provides spaces for your drawings, but it is harder with an ebook. I have only looked at the ebook, but it is certainly helpful for beginners, or those who want to return to an old hobby.
