The Mediterranean diet is the healthiest in the world, and probably the most delicious! This book has stunning pictures, and most of the recipes aren’t too difficult. Sometimes, the picture is just of the ingredients, not the meal, but that’s the only flaw that I could find.
This is a very useful cookbook, and suitable for beginners, or those who aren’t that keen on cooking!
